Playa Corona project will be slated
A new project is now come into existence for Playa Corona, San Carlos. It costs approximately USD 14 million estimated by the promoters that are doing this project. The new project is entitled Condo Hotel Iibza Playa Corona that will start its construction part by the late end of year 2010. It is estimated to occupy a wide area of 500,000 square meters and it will run along with the other real estate project over here in the great place of Playa Corona, Rio Mar, Farallon. The complete work will be occupied by the promoters and they will significantly play the major role in order to development of this project.
The project is now ready for the construction and the promoters are doing their huge part to build the tower of 12 floors with apartments nearby of 1 to 3 bedrooms and major features. The prices ahs not been decided, yet but it will be approximately up to USD 84,000 and the amount could go up depend upon the circumstances.
Entire project will call the marketing director and member of the advertisement board name to Eynar Gonzalez who will work through the development and initialize the employment with the resident’s area.
